Laconia Lofts was one of the pioneer buildings to be built in the SOWA area of Boston's South End in 2000. The building consists of 99 units that vary greatly in both size and price. Most units have garage parking. The developer created many shapes and sizes and most came fairly raw so the level of finishes is quite broad. Most have stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building has wonderful ceiling heights, and large windows. It is located across the street from a large park on Washington Street.
