MaryBeth grew up in Bennington Vermont, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (formerly North Adams State College) in 2000. During her four years of college, MaryBeth worked part-time at Chittenden Bank in the mortgage department. Prior to her residential real estate career in South Boston, MaryBeth spent five years working in the Brokerage Department at Meredith & Grew Inc., one of Boston’s premier commercial real estate firms. Sandy (Ward) McCarron is a life-long resident of South Boston. Married 26 years to another life-long Resident of SB, George McCarron, Owner/President of United Cleaning Co. Together they have 2 children: a son Griffin, age 23, a daughter Ryann, age 21. Growing up and raising my own children in South Boston has given me great knowledge of this city. Dayna Carroll
Dayna grew up in Boston's North Shore and moved into Boston 21 years ago. She has her B.S. from Becker College and upon graduation followed her love of travel and became a Travel Consultant for the U.S. Armed Forces and the Federal Government. This position allowed her to travel the world while also living in many of Boston's neighborhood's, settling in South Boston about 8 years ago.
