Testimonials

Dom Lange is a vice president of GKR Residential. He manages the new office located at 148 Dorchester Ave. Dom is one of the most accomplished brokers in South Boston, and was ranked #1 in South Boston in 2004, and 2007 according to MLS. Dom is an expert in all areas of Boston, but his focus has become the neighborhood surrounding the Broadway T stop. Dom spent 7 years as the listing broker for both the Court Sq Press and Macallen buildings which comprise almost 300 condos. In working on those projects, Dom became acquainted with all aspects of the real estate development process, from design approval, unit customization, and pre-sales to obtaining the certificate of occupancy and the first move-ins. Having worked so closely on the Macallen project also gave Dom an acute familiarity with green architecture, and the LEED (leadership in environmental and energy efficient design) certification process. Dom graduated Boston University in 1998 with a BS in biology. As a resident of South Boston, Dom enjoys taking his two children, Sophia and Kyle, to the beach and to Castle Island. Dom and his wife Jennifer are active in community organizations such as the West Broadway Neighborhood association, and the South Boston Moms group. In his spare time, Dom enjoys skiing, cycling, playing with his kids, and taking his wife out for dinner, and Red Sox games.

That said, in my years of experience as a South Boston metro area agent I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. I take deep satisfaction from helping people with their real estate needs, and I'll provide you with personalized, high-quality service that will make your experience of buying or selling as enjoyable as possible.
